CONSULTATION WITH THE MESSENGER & THE BELIEVERS
I seek refuge in Allah from satan the rejected.
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
Salamun Alaykum,
This is the 1st Sermon of the year 2009, Praise be to ALLAH. Lately I see that the believers have started consulting with each other on decisions already made by them. This shows lack of understanding of the meaning of “consultation”. It is a good start though it has to be implemented in its correct form to fully fulfill God's command. I have set the precedent by consulting on my medical diagnosis back in November and the treatment options presented to me by the doctors. The response from all of you was encouraging for me and increased my knowledge in the subject of medicine and treatment options.
Through this Sermon, I will try to enlighten you to the importance of GOD’s commands. Most of you remain ignorant about the laws of ALLAH, and do not steadfastly persevere. To reverence ALLAH, you have to please Him by following His commandments. Any act of deliberate omission or disregard of His verses leads to nullification of your submission to Him. Some of you remain out of touch with the congregation despite repeated reminders and therefore, do not attain any knowledge. When you are away from the guidance, satan fills in the vacuum to lead you astray. I have seen time and again that the believers drop out of the congregation for the same reason, as they develop doubts during their lack of guidance and staying away from the Quran. I have no power to keep anyone guided – my LORD possesses all the power and authority to guide whomever He wills and to augment their guidance OR to nullify it and send them astray.
The few who are reverent of ALLAH are coded by the Most Wise in the Arabic word of “yakhafoona” – “reverent” in verse 5:23 through the letters of the messenger.
Revealed: The Allah letter is 1 appearing as an Aleef in the word. This reveals the Absoluteness of Allah in all respects – the One who can guide the human being to be reverent of Him.
How does the system work and how do you achieve reverence for ALLAH? He points it out through the consistent and awesome revelations leaving nothing out of
this Scripture.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are “ya”, “waw”, “nun”. The sum of gematric values adds to 10 + 6 + 50 = 66. Praise be to Allah, who enlightens the believers and shows them the “Path to Righteousness” to achieve reverence for Him through the messenger.
20:3 Only to remind the reverent.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 5 and messenger’s letters are 6 - revealing the supreme revelation of 1.
21:90 Part: That is because they used to hasten to work righteousness, and implored us in situations of joy, as well as fear. To us, they were reverent.
Revealed: The Allah letters are perfectly marked and stamped as 14 in the verse, Subhan Allah.
The trait of the true believers is elucidated here who remember ALLAH in all situations – good or bad – joy or fear. Such believers are always appreciative of their LORD in any situation and implore Him for His mercy, guidance, and to direct their affairs in this life. The words are carefully chosen by Allah to define them and to bring out a certain meaning through the messenger. Note the Proof.
Revealed: “JOY” – “raghabun” The Allah letter is only 1 as an Aleef. Revealed: “FEAR” – “rhabun” The Allah letters are 2, revealing the diff. of 1 between both words.
It is easy to understand the coding of the word “joy” with 1 letter of Allah as compared to the word “fear” which has 2 letters of Allah. In situations of joy and happiness, it is easy for the believers to thank Allah and to remember and commemorate Him; thereby proving their worship of GOD as 1. In situations of fear – be they through war, impending danger, affliction, hardship, adversity, disease, loss of life, loss of money, or anything else which creates fear in the minds – the same believers develop doubts in Allah as to why He put them to the Test and does not change their circumstances according to what they wish for. In the situation of fear, they do not aptly remember or commemorate Him and forget about such verses. The revelation of 2 letters of Allah therefore reminds them that most of them will end up worshiping the devil when they are going through “fear” – therefore, they will not be considered “reverent of Allah”.
The ones approved by Allah to be reverent of Him are proven through the

example of the messenger in the last part of the verse marked specially by Him, Subhan Allah.
21:90 Part: To us, they were reverent.
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters is 202, revealing LORD. He has confirmed that the messenger and the true believers are the ones approved to be reverent of their LORD.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 7 and the Arabic letters are 14, thus
revealing the Sacred Code of 7-14, Alhumdo Lillah.
79:19 (the messenger said) "Let me guide you to your Lord, that you may turn reverent."
79:20 He then showed him the great miracle.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 6 and 5, revealing the diff. of 1 – the
Supreme Revelation of ONE.
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters are 68 and 82, revealing the diff. of 14 – the Ultimate Revelation of Seven Pairs.
There is a double inscription and marking of the Miracle by the Supreme Lord to show the people what He means by “the great miracle”. You have witnessed the great miracles of “Revelations of 1 and the Seven Pairs” through both of the verses.
How about ALLAH creating and revealing the same revelations with the same numbers through the words alone as: “the great miracle?” – “al-aayaata al- kubra”.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 6 and messenger’s letters are 5, revealing the diff. of 1. Note that the messenger’s letters in both verses appear in the same pattern above as 6 and 5 to reveal the difference of 1. The Miracle has been augmented by doubling it through the verses as well as through the specific words mentioning the great miracle also.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters in these words is 68 and GV of messenger’s letters is 82, revealing the diff. of 14. These are again the same numbers as revealed earlier through the messenger’s letters and through both of the verses. All Praise and Glory be to Allah for “the Great Miracle”.
The Most Blessed and Most Wise has revealed the ultimate miracles of

Revelation of 1 and the Seven Pairs to the messenger to guide the people to the LORD of the Universe. The messenger has shown the people miracle after miracle proving the Truth of GOD’s words in the Quran with their meaning and explanation, but some of them still choose to stray off the path and not fulfill their pledges and covenants. They are indeed unfortunate! Their lack of consultation with the believers and the messenger on important matters of their lives, coupled with their lack of regard for the messenger’s advice sends them astray and prevents them from submitting fully to the Lord of the Universe. The Most Merciful is showing and revealing all these miracles and revelations for a specific reason. The sole and specific purpose of creation is “Submission to ALLAH”, which means to do better after receiving guidance, and to strive in working righteousness after believing.
18:7 We have adorned everything on earth, in order to test them, and thus distinguish those among them who work righteousness.
67:2 The One who created death and life for the purpose of distinguishing those among you who would do better. He is the Almighty, the Forgiving.
Revealed: The Allah letters for each verse are 21 + 19 = 40.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 23 + 31 = 54. The difference in numbers is 14.
Thus, the purpose of our creation, as well as what Allah has commanded and expects from you has been proven through the “great miracle” of the Seven Pairs, Alhumdo Lillah.
After showing you the “great miracles”, I will now come to the subject of “consultation” and the importance behind such commands.
Lately, some believers have sought consultation with other believers. You have to know when to consult with other believers, and when to confer with the messenger. None of you have ever sought consultation with other believers, except in the recent past; though some of you have conferred with the messenger in the past and have been blessed by GOD in their actions and matters. The command to decide your affairs in consultation with other believers through verse 42:38 is mandatory (compulsory).
The initial step for ordinary and small matters is to consult with the other believers regarding your affairs. If you feel that you did not receive any good and valuable advice and enlightenment through them, then the next and ultimate step is to confer with the messenger. This is conditioned upon parting with charity before doing so.

The messenger’s opinion and advice should be taken seriously, as his advice is guided by The Most Wise and has His blessings and guidance behind it. This is why those who forget to give out charity are asked to seek repentance from ALLAH. The parting of charity is commanded by the Forgiver so that no believer unnecessarily wastes the time of the messenger and to be serious about their issues when they wish to confer. Moreover, the one who follows all the verses of Quran will prove their belief by offering a charity, as commanded by GOD. Such a believer is apt to follow the advice of the messenger, as he/she has already shown and proven their reverence for ALLAH by carrying out His command. Those who disregard the verses of Quran may not follow the messenger’s advice and opinion, as they may not be sincere at heart. Consultation with the messenger regarding your affairs, after consulting with other believers, can provide you with the Truth and a better understanding of them.
LAW REGARDING CONSULTATION WITH OTHER BELIEVERS
Here is the law regarding consultation with other believers, which you should all follow in the future. The believers should consult others when they intend to conduct any affair that is relevant to Islam, the congregation, their well-being, etc. and not after they have made a decision on some matter. The former – before carrying out a decision on any matter is called "consultation". The latter – after deciding on a certain matter is called “seeking approval” on something which the person has already decided, and it does not amount to “consultation”, as required by ALLAH, the Most Merciful.
My interpretation is again backed up by GOD through a certain verse of the glorious Quran. As you all know, the verses of the Quran clarify that “GOD has not left anything out of the book” (6:38). Therefore, speaking on the subject of “consultation”, I shall recite the following verse, which clarifies that the step of consultation precedes making a decision which is then followed up by carrying out the plan. Note the wording used in verse 3:159 to clarify the steps.
3:159 Part: Therefore, you shall pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them. Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD. GOD loves those who trust in Him.
Note that the command and act of consultation precedes making a decision. After receiving consultation, the person who sought it has to make a decision, then the plan has to be carried out by putting his trust in Almighty Allah.
I am going to recite the verse through its parts to make you better understand the

importance of commands and their proofs which have been revealed by GOD instantly, Subhan Allah.
3:159 Part: And consult them.
Revealed: The Arabic letters are 14. The importance is already reflected and proven through the Seven Pairs Code.
3:159 Part 1: And consult them.
3:159 Part 2: Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD.
Revealed: The messenger's letters are 6 and 7, revealing the diff. of 1, Subhan Allah.
Revealed: Part 1 on “consultation”, the Allah letters are 5 and
messenger's letters are 6, revealing the diff. of 1.
Revealed: Part 2 on “making a decision and carrying out the plan by trusting Allah”, the Allah letters are 8 and messenger's letters are 7, revealing the diff. of 1. The Most Gracious has detailed and explained each part through the “Revelation of Precision” as to which step comes first and which comes afterwards – meaning “The act of consultation comes before decision making or carrying out the plan”. Alhumdo Lillah.
There are many more convincing and valuable proofs originating out of this short verse.
3:159 Part: Therefore, you shall pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them. Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD.
Revealed: The messenger's letters are coded to be precisely 19, Subhan Allah.
3:159 Part: Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD. GOD
loves those who trust in Him.
Revealed: The messenger's letters are again 19, Subhan Allah.
You cannot put your trust in Allah till you obey the messenger regarding these commands and carry them out in the way the Omniscient has commanded, as revealed through the Proofs.
3:159 Part: Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in ALLAH.

Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is a perfect 128, revealing the name of the messenger sent to explain the verses to you.
3:159 Part: ALLAH loves those who trust in Him.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 128 again, providing correct guidance to the believers through the messenger and assuring their hearts.
Revealed: The GV of messenger's letters is 296 pointing out the “Rasool” or “Messenger” spelled out above through the GV of letters of Allah, Subhanahoo.
Did you note the proofs of 19 letters of messenger’s name, as well as his name of 128 revealed twice through the same verse? This should be proof enough for those who reverence their LORD.
Following the Messenger's Guidance and then putting your Trust in ALLAH
3:159 Part: ALLAH loves those who trust in Him.
3:160 Part: In ALLAH the believers shall trust.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 8 and 9, revealing the diff. of 1 – Glory be to ALLAH for loving those believers who carry out His commands and then put their trust in Him, as detailed and explained by the messenger.
The verse which applies to consultation with other believers is 42:38. This has been explained in the past with detailed proofs presented to you. This is why I am not going to narrate it again or provide any proofs at this time.
RULES FOR CONFERRING WITH THE MESSENGER
The advice of the messenger, as I have stated earlier, is guided by GOD, and is proven through the coding done by Him, Alhumdo Lillah.
4:63 Part: You shall ignore them, enlighten them, and give them good advice that may save their souls.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are coded by Allah to be 19. Whoever ignores the messenger’s advice loses their soul, and those who follow it earn credits for their souls. This proves that the believers’ souls can be saved through the enlightenment and good advice offered by the messenger under

inspiration from ALLAH, the Most Merciful. The words “good advice” – “kaula baleegha” are further precisely coded to reveal the name of the messenger.
Revealed: Words: “good advice” – “kaula baleegha”. The GV of
messenger’s letters is 178.
58:12 Part: O you who believe, when you wish to confer with the messenger, you shall offer a charity (to the poor) before you do so.
58:13 Part: If you failed to give to charity before conferring, then repented thereafter, GOD accepts your repentance.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 14 and 13, revealing the diff. of 1. Praise be to GOD that the first proof offered by the Most Wise is the number 14 through the starting verse on this subject. The revelation of 1 through Allah letters is a strong reminder for the believers about the importance of this Command.
Revealed: The messenger's letters are 27 and 26, revealing the diff. of 1. The command is further strengthened and reinforced by revealing the “Revelation of 1” twice – through Allah letters and those of His messenger.
Revealed: 58:13 for Part above: The GV of Allah letters for part of verse on failing to give charity and to repent thereafter, is precisely 162 revealing Al- Islam or the Submission.
The explanation of this important number representing Al-Islam or Submission is that those believers who ignored God's command to give charity before conferring with the messenger are offered a 2nd chance by The Forgiver, Most Merciful, to fulfill another command to atone for the 1st command which they failed to fulfill. Those who offer sincere repentance for failing to give charity, GOD will accept their repentance and consider them submitters. Those who did not fulfill the initial command of parting with charity and also fail to seek forgiveness from the Forgiver and repent to Him have displayed gross disregard of His commands and shown arrogance. The submission (162) of such believers may be nullified by Him, as they constantly ignore and disregard most of the commands given in the Quran and do not fully submit (162). All they offer is a lousy “SORRY” in the end, or simply “I FORGOT” which does not justify their belief nor does it please ALLAH – the ABSOLUTE and ALMIGHTY, who is full of mercy towards the believers while the believers take His mercy for granted and do not take His commands seriously, thus ridiculing Him. These commands and verses are the “ultimate tests” to check out the faith and belief of the believers.

You are further enlightened to the importance of these commands by the revelation of precise proofs for parts of verses.
58:12 Part: When you wish to confer with the messenger, you shall offer a charity (to the poor) before you do so.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 7 while the messenger's letters are 19 to bring out the Sacred Codes of 7-19.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 69 while the GV of messenger's letters
is 650, revealing the sum of 719, Subhan Allah.
This is a unique proof and revelation whereby the letters are engraved and inscribed by Allah in the verse with the precise count of 7 and 19 letters of “Allah and His messenger” to create the Perfect Balance and Code of 719. They are further complimented by calculating the gematric values of “Allah and His messenger’s letters” to add up to 719 as reflected through the 2nd proof. All Praise be to the Omnipotent, Omniscient Lord of Universe.
The above command of 58:12 is followed up by an important part of the verse, joined with the above, and informs you about ALLAH’s advice and opinion regarding those who will obey and give out the charity as commanded. You should know that the advice from ALLAH should weigh heavy on the believers and should be reverenced as the “greatest advice”. Read and reflect on the PROOF!
ALLAH's HADEES (Sacred Words) THROUGH THE VERSE
58:12 Part: "THIS IS BETTER FOR YOU AND PURER."
Revealed: The Arabic letters are 14, Subhan Allah.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 4 and messenger's letters are 5, revealing the diff. of 1 – “the Sacred and Supreme Revelation of Allah”.
Revealed: The GV of ALLAH letters is the PERFECT NUMBER OF 66, spelling out loud and clear the Glorified Name of ALLAH, Ruler of the whole Dominion.
These commands are fully LINKED to the “ultimate worship of ALLAH” through the Salat, Zakat, and obedience of Allah and His messenger. Those who do not fulfill the sacred commands of Allah and do not follow the messenger's guidance or disobey him will nullify their Salat and Zakat; thereby disqualifying themselves from forgiveness and redemption in the Hereafter. The Proofs revealed by the Most Wise are most convincing and absolutely clear. Note the Proofs revealed through

the letters of Allah and His messenger occurring in verse 58:13 up to the word “Al-Salat” and the remaining letters of Allah and His messenger in the verse after “Al-Salat”.
58:13 Part 1: If you failed to give to charity before conferring, then repented thereafter, GOD accepts your repentance. You shall observe the contact prayers (Salat).
Revealed: The Allah letters up to “Al-Salat” or “Contact Prayer” are 19. The messenger's letters are 33, thereby also revealing the diff. of 14, being the 2nd Sacred Code. This is the revelation of both of the Sacred Codes of 19 and 14, Alhumdo Lillah. This proves that the most important act of worship of ALLAH through the Salat is closely connected and linked with the criteria of fulfilling the other commands regarding Allah's messengers and obedience to them. Once these commands have been clarified and duly pointed out by me; those who disobey or fail to follow them have rebelled against ALLAH.
58:13 Part 2: And give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and obey GOD and His messenger. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.
Revealed: The Allah letters in Part 2 are precisely 19, just as they were 19 in Part 1 also. This coding reveals “double 19” making the verse heavy on the message and proofs. The messenger's letters for each part are 33 and
24. Thus we have a combination of Allah letters as 19,19 and the messenger's letters as 33,24. By writing the new and predetermined combination of these numbers, we get the following:
Revealed: 1919 + 3324 = 5243 = 7 x 7 x 107. This is the revelation of the Sacred Code of Seven Pairs. Also note that the number 2543 arrived at by adding the GV's of Allah and His messenger is pre-coded to have the digits add up to 14 also. (2 + 5+ 4 +3 = 14)
How does the Supreme and Absolute ALLAH express the importance behind carrying out His commands which are strengthened and accompanied by His proofs revealed to the messenger?

Revealed: The Allah letters are 6 and messenger's letters are 7, revealing the diff. of 1.
58:13 Part: And give the Zakat (obligatory charity).
Revealed: The Allah letters are 5 and messenger's letters are 4, revealing the diff. of 1.
58:13 Part: And obey ALLAH and His messenger.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 8 and messenger's letters are 9, revealing the diff. of 1.
58:13 Part: You shall observe the Salat, and give the Zakat, and obey ALLAH and His messenger.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 19 and messenger's letters are 20, revealing the diff. of 1, to reveal that ALLAH is ONE and SUPREME.
58:13 Last Part: ALLAH if fully Cognizant of everything you do.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 97 and GV of messenger's letters is
246, revealing the sum of 343 = 7 x 7 x 7.
Praise be to ALLAH who has proven and left no doubts about His Omniscience, Cognizance, and knowledge about everything He has created. The example is through combining His letters with the messenger's letters to reveal the pre- determined coded numbers of 7-7-7 in order to confirm everything I have stated about His pre-selected Codes of the Quran.
Here is a Summary of the important Commands through 42:38 and 58:12-13.
Verse 42:38 is a command for the believers. It does not give them any exception, except to decide their affairs, which are related to the congregation, their religion, dispute between themselves, and some affairs of personal nature which ultimately will reflect on their belief and religion, through mutual consultation. The command is for the true believers who follow the “Sunnah” – “System” of Allah and observe their Salat on time and give out the Zakat.
This verse explains and clarifies that the believers should decide their affairs after mutual consultation amongst themselves. Their affairs will be anything that has to

do with the religious laws, the congregation, the joint efforts of spreading the message, and anything of a personal nature that will affect their belief and role in the congregation or affect other believers in one way or another. The true believers do not conceal anything or any fact; they stay active and involved, and work in harmony with other believers to please ALLAH, the Compassionate.
Your affairs can be business, jobs, educational, marriage, divorce, preaching religion, dealing with disbelievers, religious issues, relations with relatives, bickering and dispute amongst believers, or any other matter which other believers can provide insight and enlightenment based on their knowledge from the Quran. Your consultation will not only please Allah, but He can bestow His blessings behind your actions.
Verses 58:12-13 are God's commands when you wish to confer with the messenger. The conferring or consultation may be regarding personal matters or for clarifying religious matters. GOD knows that the messenger's time is important, and He has advised the believers through the verses not to waste his time. He has also issued verses to respect, support and obey His messengers. The messenger's time is devoted to recording, writing, proclaiming, preaching, and publishing God's revelations. This is why GOD has commanded and imposed the rule of parting with charity before conferring with the messenger.
Further this command is linked to the entire worship of Allah through the Salat, Zakat, and obedience of Allah and His messenger. All of this reflects on the gravity and importance of this command.
ALLAH allows each one of you to consult with the messenger whenever you want, as long as you use the avenue of consulting other believers as a first option. In some matters and affairs, you may approach the messenger directly rather than consulting with the believers first. Also, if the matter is too personal and you do not feel the need to disclose to other believers, then you may repent to ALLAH and approach the messenger for consultation.
I encourage all of you to take advantage of the mercy of ALLAH and feel at ease to consult with other believers, and with the messenger, as detailed through this Sermon.
THE RULES FOR CONFERRING WITH THE MESSENGER ARE AS FOLLOWS
Any believer who intends to confer with the messenger should make sure that they have the option of consulting with other believers first before they approach the

messenger, unless it is a personal matter, or as specified earlier in this Sermon. He/she has to email their intent to confer after parting with the commanded charity and setting up an appointment with the messenger through the email. Moreover, you should write what you want to ask or a brief narration of the matter you wish to confer for. This allows the messenger time to reflect and implore GOD for His guidance and mercy before parting advice.
Read it carefully – it is an important Sermon. After reading, follow it all the way, as making any excuse after the guidance has been pointed out to you will not excuse you from GOD. It is important that you take GOD’s revelations, verses, and proofs seriously and uphold them to redeem your souls.
Customized Revelation proving that the Guidance has been pointed out
9:115 GOD does not send any people astray, after He had guided them, without first pointing out for them what to expect. GOD is fully aware of all things.
4:115 As for him who opposes the messenger, after the guidance has been pointed out to him, and follows other than the believers' way, we will direct him in the direction he has chosen, and commit him to Hell; what a miserable destiny!
Revealed: The Aleefs are 8 and 8 in each verse. They are Perfectly Matched. Revealed: The Allah letters are 22 and 22 in each verse. They are Perfectly Matched.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 303 and 303 for each verse. They are
Perfectly Matched.
Revealed: The verse numbers are 115 and 115. They are Perfectly Matched.
Revealed: Each Verse: The Aleefs are 8 and Allah letters are 22, revealing the diff. of 14 – the “ultimate and great miracle of the seven pairs”.
The “linkage” of these verses is very clear in that GOD guides the people through His messengers. Whoever rejects or drops out of the “true guidance” has chosen the worst destiny – the fire of HELL.
The clear proofs and the importance of guidance is further revealed to be the “ultimate code, miracle, and message” through the Seven Pairs. The one blessed and granted this Miracle is also pointed out by name as 178 (see proof of 4:63 above) through the exact coded part of the verse.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 10 and 12 in each part, revealing the diff. of 2 (gods). Those who oppose the messenger after the guidance is pointed out to them, they do not qualify to be called a believer, as they follow other than the believer's way. Those who choose to follow the devil after receiving the guidance through the messenger will end up in Hell, and it will be a miserable destiny for them.
4:115 Part 1: As for him who opposes the messenger, after the guidance has been pointed out to him, and follows other than the believers' way.
4:115 Part 2: We will direct him in the direction he has chosen, and commit him to Hell; what a miserable destiny!
Revealed: The Aleefs of Absoluteness is 5 and 3 in each part, revealing the diff. of 2 gods.
