THE AFFAIRS SHOULD BE DECIDED AFTER DUE CONSULTATION
I seek refuge in Allah from satan the rejected.
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
The importance of consultation with other believers is a command from the Most Gracious, that is also verified by Him through His Sacred lettering. In fact, a chapter of Quran is titled as “Consultation” or “Al-Shoora”. The chapter number is 42, which is a multiple of 14. The verse number is 38, which is a multiple of 19; thereby highlighting the command to consult each other, as believers.
42:38 They respond to their Lord by observing the Salat. (Contact Prayers) Their affairs are decided after due consultation among themselves, and from our provisions to them they give. (to charity).
Revealed: The Allah letters are 14 up to “Salat”; as true believers observe and carry out this most important of commands to remember their Lord.
Revealed: The entire verse has Allah letters as 19, thus pointing out to the added significance of consultation with other believers pertaining to our affairs.
Even the messenger is commanded to consult the believers for religious causes, but in the end, the messenger makes a final decision to carry out the plan, as the verse tells us:
3:159 It was mercy from GOD that you became compassionate towards them. Had you been harsh and mean-hearted, they would have abandoned you. Therefore, you shall pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them. Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD. GOD loves those who trust Him.

Revealed: The GV of Allah letters are 166 for Part 1, (being the One Allah) and 128 for Part 2, (being the messenger).
Revealed: The messenger's letters for both parts are 13 and 12, revealing
the TRUST that I have put in my ONE LORD.
Quran also teaches us that the messengers’ part with good advice to those who care to listen and hear, which in turn can help them save their souls. Their advice will reflect the entire message that God has given them, and they create an awareness of the Hereafter.
4:63 Part: You shall ignore them, enlighten them, and give them good advice that they may save their souls.
Revealed: The messenger's letters are precisely 19, thus authenticating the instruction given to me through the verse.
Oftentimes, even the messenger’s advice cannot save you as your guidance and destiny is eventually upto God’s will, as the verse tells us:
11:34 Even if I advised you, my advice cannot benefit you if it is GOD’s will to send you astray. He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned.
Revealed: The messenger's letters in this verse are split into 14, then 19 in the remaining verse, for a total of 33.
Compare: In verse 4:63, messenger's letters are 19, and in verse 11:34, they are 33, revealing the diff. of 14 – “Seven Pairs”.
During the 23 years that the Quran was being revealed to prophet Muhammad, the people asked certain questions to him, but they were not that many. They also consulted with him. Each time they asked a question, or consulted him, the answer inevitably came from God, in the form of a verse. Muhammad was not supposed to make up an answer, nor was he allowed to speak other than God’s revelations. Some of the questions asked of him and which God answered are given below:
2:189 They ask you about the phases of the moon! Say, “They provide a timing device for the people, and determine the time of Hajj.” It is not righteous to beat around the bush; righteousness is attained by upholding the commandments and by being straightforward. You shall observe GOD, that you may succeed.
2:215 They ask you about giving: Say, “The charity you give shall go to the parents, the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien. Any good you do, GOD is fully aware thereof.
2:217 They ask you about the Sacred Months and fighting therein: Say, “Fighting therein is a sacrilege. However, repelling from the path of GOD, and

disbelieving in Him and in the sanctity of the Sacred Masjid, and evicting its people, are greater sacrileges in the sight of GOD. Oppression is worse than murder. They will always fight you to revert you from your religion, if they can. Those among you who revert from their religion, and die as disbelievers, have nullified their works in this life and the Hereafter. These are the dwellers of Hell, wherein they abide.
2:219-220 Part: They ask you about intoxicants and gambling: Say, “In them there is a gross sin, and some benefits for the people. But their sinfulness far outweighs their benefit.” They also ask you what to give to charity: Say, “The excess.” GOD thus clarifies the revelations for you, that you may reflect, (continued through 2:220) upon this life and the Hereafter.
2:220 Part: And they ask you about the orphans: Say, “Bringing them up as righteous persons is the best you can do for them. If you mix their property with yours, you shall treat them as family members.” GOD knows the righteous and the wicked. Had GOD willed, He could have imposed harsher rules upon you. GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.
2:222 They ask you about menstruation: Say, “It is harmful; you shall avoid sexual intercourse with the women during menstruation; do not approach them until they are rid of it. Once they are rid of it, you may have intercourse with them in the manner designed by GOD. GOD loves the repenters, and He loves those who are clean.
The word in Arabic, “yustaftoonaka” can mean “asking” or “consulting”.
4:127 They consult you concerning the women: Say, “GOD enlightens you regarding them, as recited for you in the scripture. You shall restore the rights of the orphaned girls whom you cheat out of their due dowries when you wish to marry them; you shall not take advantage of them. The rights of orphaned boys must also be protected as well. You shall treat the orphans equitably. Whatever good you do, GOD is fully aware thereof.
4:176 They consult you: Say, “GOD advises you concerning the single person. If one dies and leaves no children, and he had a sister, she gets half the inheritance. If she dies first, he inherits from her, if she left no children. If there were two sisters, they get two-thirds of the inheritance. If the siblings are men and women, the male gets twice the share of the female.” GOD thus clarifies for you, lest you go astray. GOD is fully aware of all things.
5:4 They consult you concerning what is lawful for them: Say, “Lawful for you are all good things, including what trained dogs and falcons catch for you.” You train

them according to GOD’s teachings. You may eat what they catch for you, and mention GOD’s name thereupon. You shall observe GOD. GOD is most efficient in reckoning.
8:1 They consult you about the spoils of war: Say, “The spoils of war belong to GOD and His messenger.” You shall observe GOD, exhort one another to be righteous, and obey GOD and His messenger, if you are believers.
20:105-107 They ask you about the mountains: Say, “My Lord will wipe them out.” (20:106) “He will leave them like a barren, flat land.” (20:107) “Not even the slightest hill will you see therein, nor a dip.”
7:187 They ask you about the end of the world and when will it come to pass: Say, “The knowledge thereof is with my Lord. Only He reveals its time. Heavy it is, in the heavens and the earth. It will not come to you except suddenly.” They ask you as if you are in control thereof. Say, “The knowledge thereof is with GOD,” but most people do not know.
33:63 The people ask you about the Hour: Say, “The knowledge thereof is only with GOD. For all that you know, the Hour may be close.”
79:42 They ask you about the Hour, and when it will take place! 79:43 It is not you (Muhammad) who is destined to announce its time. 79:44 Your Lord decides its fate.
Out of the above verses, we see that 3 times, the people have asked about the Hour or the Day of Judgment, through verses 7:187, and 33:63 and 79:42.
Revealed: These 3 verses are marked with Aleefs (proofs of the highest order) as 30 – 12 – 5; the sum of these numbers is 47. Since Muhammad was asked this question, the number 47 refers to the chapter under his name, called “Muhammad” – chapter 47.
Revealed: ALLAH has stated that the knowledge and control is with him about the Last Day. The GV of Allah is 66, and the Aleefs in above 3 verses are 47, revealing a clear diff. of 19. Subhan Allah.
The knowledge and the date of the Day of Judgment has therefore been proclaimed through the previous messenger of God, whose name was Rashad, through the Code of 19, which was his SIGN. Praise be to Allah, it confirms that the year 2280 is indeed the Day of Judgment, through these revelations.

79:42 (question asked to Muhammad) They ask you about the Hour, and when it will take place!
79:43-44 (answer given by God) It is not you (Muhammad) who is destined to announce its time. Your Lord decides its fate.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 9 and 8, revealing the “Revelation of 1 God” – proving that God controlled the time of announcement, and not Muhammad.
Revealed: The Aleefs are also 5 and 4, signifying God’s Absolute Authority, over control of all affairs and matters. Alhumdo Lillah.
Revealed: For verse 79:42, the GV of messenger's letters is 456 = 19 x 24. For verses 79:43-44, the GV of messenger's letters is 322 = 14 x 23. God has thus revealed the confirmation of the year 2280 to be the Day of Judgment through the Sacred Codes of 19 and 14.
The last occurrence above occurs in chapter 79, and the last verse in this chapter is 79:46, which exposes the disbelievers who doubt the “Day of Judgment”.
79:46 The day they see it, they will feel as if they lasted one evening or half a day.
Revealed: The Aleefs are precisely 7, and considering all the Allah letters, they are 14; Praise be to God, He reveals this verse under the Code of Seven Pairs.
Believers are concerned about the Last Day and fear God all the time, while the disbelievers disregard it. By picking up the last occurrence, which was under verse number 42, (79:42) a multiple of 14, this number 42 leads us to chapter 42, where God reveals verse 42:18. This number 4218 is a multiple of 19, and the quotient is 19 x 222. The number 222 represents “Rabbayka”, meaning “your Lord”. Let us see what the verse is saying:
42:18 Part 1: Challenging are those who do not believe in it.
42:18 Part 2: As for those who believe, they are concerned about it, and they know that it is the truth.
42:18 Part 3: Absolutely, those who deny the Hour have gone far astray.

By separating the parts on Believers and Disbelievers, we see that the Parts 1 and 3 in the above verse are addressed to the “Disbelievers”, while Part 2 is addressed to the “Believers”.
The above proofs are no ordinary matter. If you think and reflect, Allah has clearly identified and revealed that only the “believers” really believe in Him and the Last Day, while the others only pretend to believe or challenge the believers about their deep-rooted faith in God and His revelations.
I will now recite to you a set (a pair) of verses that tells the believers about their duty before they confer with the messenger. The verses and their proofs stress upon the fact that it is important to confer with the messenger. Do not lose the opportunity to gain credit from God by practicing this command, for fear of giving out some charity. You are constantly being tested by the Most Wise. When you implement these commands, you prove the strength of your faith, and your sincerity with Allah. These verses reveal the “PERFECT MIRACLES”, and through them, God clarifies that indeed the Salat and the Zakat are linked with “obedience to God and His messenger”.
58:12 O you who believe, when you wish to confer with the messenger, you shall offer a charity (to the poor) before you do so. This is better for you, and purer. If you cannot afford it, then GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
58:13 If you failed to give to charity before conferring, then repented thereafter, GOD accepts your repentance. You shall observe the Salat, give the Zakat, and obey GOD and His messenger. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.
Revealed: The messenger's letters in each verse are 43 and 57, revealing the diff. of 14, Sign of Seven Pairs.
58:13 Part: You shall observe the Salat, give the Zakat, and obey GOD and His messenger.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 19, and messenger's letters are 20, revealing the - “Revelation of 1 God”.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 8, and messenger's letters are 9, revealing the - “Revelation of 1 God”.
It has now been revealed that your Salat and Zakat are nullified, if you disobey God’s messenger, in any way. There are plenty of examples in the Quran which will come in later khutbahs. A lot of new knowledge has been revealed by God through these revelations, out of His mercy. The verses have always been in the Quran; they just have been confirmed and clarified. When the Quran was revealed over 1400 years ago, the doubtful ones complained that they could not understand this Book.
The same group from the disbelieving people, even today, complain that they cannot understand the Quran and its proofs and miracles; although God has made the verses very easy to understand through these miraculous revelations. The English I use is very simple; and the proofs are incredibly simple. How far can a disbelieving person get away with “lame excuses?” Truly, they never appreciate GOD as He should be APPRECIATED. Believers realize and appreciate God’s blessings through these khutbahs. The Quran has been made easy to understand as verse 54:40 tells us. It is the last occurrence in the chapter, and clearly the difference in chapter and verse numbers: 54 and 40, reveal the diff. of 14.

The last verse in this chapter is important as this is the chapter telling the people, that the Quran has been made easy to learn, if they wish to. That is why this is the “only chapter” whose chapter number and the number of verses, meaning chapter 54 and verses 55, reveal the diff. of 1. So let me recite to you the last verse and its importance.
54:55 IN A POSITION OF HONOR, AT AN OMNIPOTENT KING.
Miracle defined: This verse has only 1 Allah letter (being the One God), and
messenger's letters are 10. It is easy to see that these numbers are put in a

pattern to connect together to make it 1,10 – to reveal the Shahadah of the Omnipotent King of the Universe, through His messenger. “Imagine the consequences of not believing in God through what He has sent down”.
17:85 Part 1: They ask you about the revelation. (about the “revelation of 1 and others”)

Revealed: The Allah letters are 3 and 4, revealing the diff. of 1, truly proving that these REVELATIONS are from ALLAH.
Revealed: The messenger's initials are 7 and 8, revealing the diff. of 1, confirming that the entire MESSAGE is from the MOST GRACIOUS – “Though God has given me so much through these revelations”, it is nothing compared to the ABUNDANCE OF KNOWLEDGE THAT GOD HAS:
17:85 Part 3: “The knowledge given to you is minute.”
