THE BASIS UPON WHICH GOD DESIGNED THE LAWS FOR HUMANS
I seek refuge in Allah, from satan the rejected.
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
When humans rebelled against God in the heavenly feud, He decided to evict all of us to the planet Earth and revealed His plan to the angels. But before sending us down to Earth, He took certain Covenants and Pledges, and we promised to honor them while on Earth. Based on these Covenants, God devised the Laws for us to uphold, so we can prove our truthfulness, sincerity and allegiance to the Creator, Most Merciful. The following verse reveals the plan announced to the angels.
2:30 Part 1: Recall that your Lord said to the angels, “I am placing a representative (a temporary god) on Earth.”
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 226, the GV of messenger’s letters is 438, revealing the diff. of 212, Subhan Allah. (212 is the value of “Rabbi”, meaning “my Lord”.)
2:30 Part 2: They said, “Will You place therein one who will spread evil and shed blood, while we sing Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your absolute authority?”
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters is 1022, a multiple --------------- 14.
2:30 Part 3: He (God) said, “I know what you do not know.”
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters is 456, a multiple of ------------- 19.
The above Revelation proves that the Lord is the One who appointed satan as a “khalifa” or a “leader” to carry out his challenge of misleading the humans in order to send them astray. Moreover, the whole plan of subjecting humans to the Test through God’s guidance was devised under the two Sacred Codes of 19 and 14. Glory be to Allah. The interference of satan in God’s guidance had to be balanced through other humans who will act as “guiding teachers, imams, warners or messengers”, to deliver the Truth. For this reason, another Law was made.
22:75 GOD chooses from among the angels messengers, as well as from among the
people. GOD is Hearer, Seer.
GOD’S LAW: 58:4 Part: You shall believe in GOD and His messenger. THESE ARE GOD’S LAWS.
Revealed: The Allah letters in this part of 58:4 are 14, and messenger’s letters are 19, thus confirming the Sacred Codes of 14 and 19 through the messenger decreed to serve this Profound Reminder.
Revealed: When we take the last portion of the verse, “The disbelievers have incurred a painful retribution”, the Allah letters become 19, while up to God’s Laws, they were 14; thereby providing the two codes again.
EMPHASIS ON GOD’S LAW THROUGH MORE VERSES, IN PAIRS
4:13 These are GOD’s laws. Those who obey GOD and His messenger, He will admit them into gardens with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. This is the greatest triumph.
4:14 As for the one who disobeys GOD and His messenger, and transgresses His laws, He will admit him into Hell, wherein he abides forever. He has incurred a shameful retribution.
57:8 Why should you not believe in GOD when the messenger is inviting you to believe in your Lord? He has taken a pledge from you, if you are believers.
57:9 He is the One who sends down to His servant clear revelations, in order to lead you out of darkness into the light. GOD is Compassionate towards you, Most Merciful.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters in 57:8 is 222, proving that the messenger is inviting you to “your Lord, GV 222”.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters in 57:9 is 352, proving that the messenger is inviting you through the “Quran, GV 352”. Glory be to Allah, for providing such “clear revelations for the believers”.
The Laws given to us to uphold are in accordance with our Oaths that we made with God. I will show you how they relate to God and the deliverers of His messages, meaning the messengers.
66:2 BASIS OF GOD’S LAWS: GOD has decreed for you the laws dealing with your oaths. GOD is your Lord, and He is the Omniscient, Most Wise.
Revealed: The Allah letters are precisely 19, thus proving what I just stated, and confirming the basis upon which the laws are based.

To further prove through His revelation, I will now take 66:1 which is the preceding verse, that cautioned Muhammad, the prophet of God, not to violate his oath, by prohibiting anything without God’s approval.
66:1 O you prophet, why do you prohibit what GOD has made lawful for you, in order to please your wives? GOD is Forgiver, Merciful.
Revealed: The Allah letters are precisely 20. In 66:2, the Allah letters are 19; in 66:1, they are 20, thereby revealing the diff. of 1, being the Absolute Authority of Allah. NO ONE CAN PROHIBIT WHAT GOD HAS MADE LAWFUL.
The foundation of laws as confirmed through 66:2, having Allah letters 19, is based on our Covenant which is given in 7:172, that was agreed upon by the humans.
7:172 THE 1ST COVENANT: Recall that your Lord summoned all the descendants of Adam, and had them bear witness for themselves: “Am I not your Lord?” They all said, “YES. We bear witness.” Thus, you cannot say on the Day of Resurrection, “We were not aware of this.”
Revealed: The Allah letters are 32, and messenger’s letters are 51, revealing the diff. of 19. (This confirms the original Covenant that we bore witness to, through the Allah letters and the messenger sent to prove and confirm these facts and verses). Praise be to Allah.
Since the majority have, and will violate their Covenant, of following and obeying God’s Absolute Authority, we are reminded through another set of verses, that compliment 7:172, and bring out a Profound Revelation, which is Proof of the Highest Order.
36:60-62 Did I not covenant with you, O Children of Adam, that you shall not worship the devil? That he is your most ardent enemy? And that you shall worship Me alone? This is the right path. He has misled multitudes of you. Did you not possess any understanding?
Revealed: In 7:172, (the Covenant made), the Aleefs are 16, while in 36:60- 62, (the Covenant broken), the Aleefs are 17, thereby revealing the diff. of 1 – Supreme Absolute God.
The Quran has been guarded from the devils; jinns and humans, and preserved through the phenomenal and profound Mathematical Codes, even the letters and

alphabets such as Aleefs. God has sent these proofs down so that no human can make excuses later on that they were not aware of God’s Authentic Scripture, and the messengers sent to deliver the messages. Therefore, the ending part of the set that reveals the majority will break their Covenant, says:
36:62 He (satan) has misled multitudes of you. Did you not possess any understanding?
Revealed: There are 7 initials in messenger’s name, called Quranic Initials. The messenger’s initials are 14, and messenger’s letters are 19, revealing both the Sacred Codes, upon which the Quran is composed.
The Covenant violated by the humans is basically rejecting the messengers sent by God. This intrudes upon His Absolute Authority and blasphemes Him. Without the messengers, there is no guidance from God; without the guidance, you cannot get the messages; without the messages, you cannot believe. This violation of the Covenant is reflected through the following verses:
7:101 We narrate to you the history of those communities: their messengers went to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe in what they had rejected before. GOD thus seals the hearts of the disbelievers.
7:102 We found that most of them disregard their Covenant; we found most of them wicked.
Let me take the important part of the verses and show you the message contained in them.
7:101 Part: “Their messengers went to them with clear proofs.”
7:101 Part: “But they were not to believe in what they had rejected before.”
Revealed: The GV’s of messenger’s letters are 400 and 510, revealing the diff. of 110. (GV of Shahadah - “La Elaha Ella Hoo”.)
7:102 Part: We found that most of them disregard their covenant.
7:102 Part: We found most of them wicked.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 6 and 5, revealing the diff. of 1 (GOD).
The above “clear proofs” reveal the fact that messengers are the ones who proclaim “One God” and deliver the message from Him. By rejecting the messengers, the people commit the worst form of “idol worship” by rejecting His

“Shahadah”, (110) which denotes His Absolute Authority. By doing this kind of blasphemy, they also violate their Covenant, which was to obey everything that God commanded them to do, as is evident from the proofs of 7:102, revealing the difference of 1.
Some more verses are given below to show you the importance of this subject.
16:63 By GOD, we have sent (messengers) to communities before you, but the devil adorned their works in their eyes. Consequently, he is now their lord, and they have incurred painful retribution.
16:64 We have revealed this scripture to you, to point out for them what they dispute, and to provide guidance and mercy for people who believe.
Revealed: Proofs of the Highest Order - the Aleefs are 10 and 9, revealing the diff. of 1 GOD.
PROOF THAT COVENANT DISREGARDED, THOUGH CLEAR REVELATIONS GIVEN
2:99 We have sent down to you such clear revelations, and only the wicked will reject them.
2:100 Is it not a fact that when they make a Covenant and Pledge to keep it, some of them always disregard it? In fact, most of them do not believe.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 15 and 14, revealing the diff. of 1 – GOD. The messenger’s letters are 22 and 21, revealing the diff. of 1 – GOD.
FOLLOW UP VERSE: (Part of the Covenant):
2:101 Now that a messenger from GOD has come to them, and even though he proves and confirms their own scripture, some followers of the scripture disregard GOD’s scripture behind their backs, as if they never had any scripture.
Question: Who is the messenger mentioned here?
Answer: The 19th Arabic letter occurs on the Aleef of Allah, having precisely 14 Quranic Initials, thereby revealing the Sign of 19-14, given to me, and the revelation of Aleef. Moreover, the verse number is 101, and the total Arabic letters in the verse are 87, revealing the diff. of 14, being the Seven Pairs, the Sign that God has blessed me with.

The 1st most important covenant that we bore witness to was: “Allah is our only Lord (7:172)”.
The 2nd most important pledge was that we will “hear and obey” everything that comes from Allah.
The 3rd important covenant was to uphold the scripture, and not to conceal or distort it.
The 2nd Covenant: 5:7 Remember GOD’s blessing upon you, and His Covenant that He covenanted with you, you said, “We hear and we obey.” You shall observe GOD; GOD is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
Revealed: A Profound Miracle, confirming the two Covenants: In 7:172, the Allah letters are 32, and in 5:7, the Allah letters are 33, revealing the diff. of 1, being the “Supreme Revelation of 1”.
How is this covenant carried out; that we said: “We hear and we obey?” Again, the verses reveal that it can only be carried out through the system of messengers.
2:285 The messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. They believe in GOD, His angels, His scriptures, and His messengers; “We make no distinction among any of His messengers.” They say, “WE HEAR AND WE OBEY.” Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny.”
Revealed: Up to ALLAH, there are precisely 19 Allah Letters, proving the message through the verse. Those who sincerely believe in His Authority will comply with the rest of the verse also.
Revealed: The entire verse has 19 Aleefs, having the proof of the Highest Order.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters in the entire verse are precisely 66, (being the GV of Allah), a great miracle from God, who has blessed me with this: the “Revelation of 66” and the “Revelation of 1”.
24:50 Is there a disease in their hearts? Are they doubtful? Are they afraid that GOD
and His messenger may treat them unfairly? In fact, it is they who are unjust.
24:51 The only utterance of the believers, whenever invited to GOD and His messenger to judge in their affairs, is to say, “WE HEAR AND WE OBEY.” These are the winners.

Revealed: The messenger’s letters in these verses are: 37 and 51, revealing the diff. of 14, a profound Miracle of Seven Pairs.
3rd Covenant: 7:169 Part: Did they not make a Covenant to uphold the scripture, and not to say about GOD except the Truth? Did they not study the scripture? Certainly, the abode of the Hereafter is far better for those who maintain righteousness. Do you not understand?
3:187 GOD took a Covenant from those who received the scripture: “You shall proclaim it to the people, and never conceal it.” But they disregarded it behind their backs, and traded it away for a cheap price. What a miserable trade.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 49 and 48, revealing the diff. of 1 – proving and confirming that most people are criminals as they fail to fulfill this Covenant. Most followers of the scripture are concealing the truth about the messengers, failing to proclaim it, and end up lying. They are also guilty of twisting God’s words and interpreting them without Specific Authorization.
While all of us have made Covenants with God in our first life, the believers, additionally make a pledge to the messenger on Earth, in whose charge and command they are placed under. The pledge is to believe fully, help and support the messenger, to obey his commands, and not to betray under any circumstances. A pledge made to a messenger, is in fact a pledge made to God, as the verses reveal.
48:18 GOD is pleased with the believers who pledged allegiance to you under the tree. He knew what was in their hearts and consequently, He blessed them with contentment, and rewarded them with immediate victory.
48:10 Surely, those who pledge allegiance to you, are pledging allegiance to GOD; GOD approves their pledge; He places His hand above their hands. Those who violate such a pledge, commit the violation to their own detriment. As for those who fulfill their pledge with GOD, He will grant them a great recompense.
Now I will recite verses that appear “in pairs” to cover this subject in detail, to show you the beautiful layout of the Quranic verses, and the meaning and the message revealed therein.
Follow the messenger to follow God
3:31 Proclaim: “If you love GOD, you should follow me.” GOD will then love you, and forgive your sins. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

3:32 Proclaim: “You shall obey GOD and the messenger.” If they turn away, GOD
does not love the disbelievers.
Quran and the Truth rejected
6:66 Your people have rejected this, even though it is the truth. Say, “I am not a guardian over you.”
25:30 The messenger said, “My Lord, my people have deserted this Quran.”
Messengers given Truth to guide others
7:43 Part: “GOD be praised for guiding us. We could not possibly be guided if it were not that GOD has guided us. The messengers of your Lord did bring the truth.”
7:53 Part: Are they waiting until all (prophecies) are fulfilled? The day such fulfillment comes to pass, those who disregarded it in the past will say, “The messengers of our Lord have brought the truth.”
Humans as messengers
17:93 Part: Say, “Glory be to my Lord. Am I any more than a human messenger?”
17:94 Part: Is their saying, “Did GOD send a human being as a messenger?”
Description of upholders of Covenant
13:20 They are the ones who fulfill their pledge to GOD, and do not violate the covenant.
13:21 They join what GOD has commanded to be joined, reverence their Lord, and fear the dreadful reckoning.
Description of violators of Covenant
2:174 Those who conceal GOD’s revelations in the scripture, in exchange for a cheap material gain, eat but fire into their bellies. GOD will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them. They have incurred a painful retribution.
3:77 As for those who trade away GOD’s covenant, and their obligations, for a cheap price, they receive no share in the Hereafter. GOD will not speak to them, nor look at

them, on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them. They have incurred a painful retribution.
Who does God send astray?
2:26 Part & 2:27: But He never misleads thereby except the wicked, who violate GOD’s covenant after pledging to uphold it, sever what GOD has commanded to be joined, and commit evil. These are the losers.
13:25 As for those who violate GOD’s covenant after pledging to keep it, and sever what GOD has commanded to be joined, and commit evil, they have incurred condemnation; they have incurred the worst destiny.
Messengers and those who received the messages will be questioned
5:109 The day will come when GOD will summon the messengers and ask them, “How was the response to you?” They will say, “We have no knowledge. You are the knower of all secrets.”
28:65-66 On that day, He will ask everyone, “How did you respond to the messengers?” They will be so stunned by the facts on that day, they will be speechless.
Remorse and regrets – Too late
4:42 On that day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the messenger will wish that they were level with the ground; not a single utterance will they be able to hide from GOD.
Revealed: The Allah Letters are 19.
25:27 The day will come when the transgressor will bite his hands (in anguish) and say, “Alas, I wish I had followed the path with the messenger.”
Revealed: The Allah Letters are 14.
Disbelievers will be asked only 1 Question on the Day of Judgment
67:6-11 For those who disbelieve in their Lord, the retribution of Gehenna. What a miserable destiny. When they get thrown therein, they hear its furor as it fumes. It almost explodes from rage. Whenever a group is thrown therein, its guards will ask

them, “Did you not receive a warner?” They would answer, “Yes indeed, a warner did come to us, but we disbelieved and said, ‘GOD did not reveal anything. You are totally astray.’” They also say, “If we heard or understood, we would not be among the dwellers of Hell!” Thus, they confessed their sins. Woe to the dwellers of Hell.
39:71-72 Those who disbelieved will be led to Hell in throngs. When they get to it, and its gates are opened, its guards will say, “Did you not receive messengers from among you, who recited to you the revelations of your Lord, and warned you about meeting this day?” They will answer, “Yes indeed. But the word ‘retribution’ was already stamped upon the disbelievers.” It will be said, “Enter the gates of Hell, wherein you abide forever.” What a miserable destiny for the arrogant.
It is important to note that the people who will be redeemed and granted the reward of the Heaven will not be asked anything, except to be welcomed by the angels with the words: “Peace be upon you, you have won”.
This is a long subject and the Khutbah can be done over two weeks at the Jum’aah Salat. The last verse I am going to recite with the Proofs will make you aware of the seriousness of making Covenants and Pledges to Allah, as He has also revealed very serious Proofs for the people to reflect. Most of the pairs of verses given above have proofs and miracles, and you can obtain them later on.
You shall keep your word
16:91 Part 1: You shall fulfill your covenant with ALLAH when you make such a covenant.
16:91 Part 2: You shall not violate the oaths after swearing to carry them out.
16:91 Part 3: For you have made ALLAH a guarantor for you.
16:91 Part 4: ALLAH knows everything you do.
Revelation of Miracle: GV of Allah letters for each part are 80-70-157-128. 80,70,157,128 = 19 x 424745112; reverse the numbers: 128,157,70,80 = 14 x 91541220, thus revealing the Sacred Codes of 19 and 14. Subhan Allah.
Revealed: The GV’s of messenger’s letters are 120,340,356,316 = 19 x 6333702964.
